Brainworx Staff Changes

2018 is off to a busy start for Brainworx with a number of changes occurring. Chris has decided to move on to pursue a more specialised role in IT Security and forensics. Chris’s last day will be Friday 20th April 2018. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Chris for his energy and support to both Brainworx and our clients, and no doubt you will join me in expressing your best wishes and thanks to Chris for his service over his time here. Chris will still be available to Brainworx should we require his more specialised services in data recovery from failed hard drives.

We have found a replacement for Chris and I would like to introduce you to Erfan (Eric) Ayazi. Eric joins us as a systems engineer and starts on the 23rd April 2018. As a Network and Systems engineer, Eric has gained solid experience in configuring, troubleshooting and monitoring a variety of technologies and products. Over the last few years he has been the member of IT teams in different businesses, from SMB to MSP level, which has given him the understanding of what challenges customers face, the appropriate solutions and listening to what clients priorities are. He is customer focused and has strong client facing skills at all levels, and has the ability to work with people with a very broad range of IT literacy. We are very fortunate to have Eric as part of the Brainworx team.

For those that don’t know yet, Gavin has been promoted within Brainworx from Systems Engineer to Technical Manager and he will be responsible for overseeing and servicing the technical requirements of our existing client base. You will still see Gavin on site, but at the same time Gavin is looking to streamline technical systems and processes within Brainworx – with the aim of delivering a better product and service to our clients.

So exciting times ahead – If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact either Mark or Gavin directly.
