Installation and Troubleshooting

Brainworx provides troubleshooting services for small and medium sized businesses. Based in Grey Lynn we service the greater Auckland area from Albany to Manukau.


Our four main service offerings are:

1.    Onsite Service whereby we visit you directly

2.    Workshop Service whereby you bring the equipment in to us

3.    Scheduled maintenance checks. This service is provided for our server based clients who want us coming out on site either monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly. This allows us to take a proactive approach to caring for your server and network

4.    And our newest most popular service called Brainworx Remote Support. As long as you have a working internet connection, Brainworx Remote Support allows us to log in remotely and take control of your computer for the purpose of troubleshooting or training. Often referred to as Brainworx Quick Support as our response time is quicker as we don’t have to get in the car and drive out to you.

We have a high success rate for our troubleshooting and we have a zero tolerance for recalls or comebacks.
