One of the services Brainworx provides is remote support. This is where we take remote control of your computer for the purposes of troubleshooting. We can only do this with your permission and through the use of the Brainworx remote quick support tool.

Once you click on one of the the links above (and depending on the browser you have), you will be prompted to either “save” or “run” the file. Please click on “save” and save to your desktop.
Then liaise with your Brainworx technician to complete the remote procedure.
